: Speaking as an autistic human type person, there's one thing about a lot of people's, a seeming great majority's, continued shock and surprise at the behaviors they see over and over and over and over and over again by usually the same people and groups. And also relying on the same people for solutions that haven't come through with solutions before.
To me that's like being surprised every time that there's thunder after a lightning strike.
