My thing to everyone is that the moment you start thinking the government is your lifeline, you are not free, you are a slave. Personal responsibility is practically dead today. It has been systematically removed by any parent who decided that it was someone else's job to raise their child, not assist, so they can point the finger at a nonspecific entity to blame for their low effort.
