The USN isn't arming Ukraine, because Ukraine doesn't have a navy.

@Render it's also time to separate the defense budget into a single bill for better oversight. $800B + is a lot of money to keep track of. Take a good long look at Russia. Decades of using bureaucracy to steal has left them woefully unprepared for conflict & has put their ability to defend itself in question.
