I have survived. They ended up having to do both legs. But, I did not die on the table. I should have warned them before hand that my tolerance to narcotics is high. They kept giving me fentanyl and waiting for it to kick in. And waiting. And waiting. 😆

I'm very glad to hear you got through it! Here's to a speedy recovery with no problems .

@MotherOfDragons Mad thanks. The procedure was super easy. I mean, for me at least. 😆 The recovery is harder. My home office is on the third floor and I can't climb stairs yet so I can't work.
But I love working and my work calms me. I'm such a dork.

@testamonk
That's awesome! So good for one's mental/emotional health. Do you have an ETA on when you may get back to it?

@MotherOfDragons Literally 24-48 hours. Just to make sure that the stress of bending doesn't blow the plugs they put in the arteries. Freaking amazing! When my grandfather had this kind of surgery, he was IN the hospital itself for almost a week. I left in 6 hours total.

I work with all spreadsheets and reports. And my brain finds calm in large amounts of data. If I'm really stressed, I'll just open a yearly breakdown and browse the pivots until I'm calm again. 😌

@testamonk
My "zone" is fishkeeping. I'm soothed by maintaining the aquariums and just sitting and watching my little water dancers. This is Lucy. ☺
