I can't express how utterly pointless I find job interviews.

"So why did you apply for this job?"
You were hiring.
"What is your dream job?"
I don't exactly dream of labor, so I guess I'd work on projects that I like
"What makes you want to work for us?"
You responded to my résumé before anyone else.

Add on the fact that I go through all this nonsense, and they may not even call me back to tell me "yeah we didn't hire you. Best of luck in the future."
