Woke to hurricane force winds and heavy rain. Large hail reported just to the N. And, of course, power went down just as the worst had passed. More rain on the way, and another round tonight. Lots of branches down, but we're ok. And f*ck Oncor, ERCOT, and Goobernor Greg.

Came back on after 12 1/2 hours. Never received promised updates.
@Ruthat Everytime there's a situation like this, there's a lot of hue and cry a swearing it'll be fixed, then the money goes off to Gov Asshat's border wall.

@UmbaSaffire Saw a tree laying over on a power line on the way in tonight. City cleanup crew was on the next block - they promised to take a picture and send to Oncor. Thankfully, looks like we'll get a break tonight.
