Entitlement.
The misconception that we are owed something.
That being born somehow guarantees us fortune and greatness.
In my youth, things were taken away.
Things I thought I was entitled to.
A Mother, a stable home life, education.
Entitlement is an illusion
Life owes you nothing.
Not even air
Those who feel entitled care nothing about who they rip their entitlements from.
Because they know they are entitled to them.
Hence the state of the world
