Listening to @IronButterfly in a team meeting on video and they did an "ice breaker" which was the exact opposite ... it was the most uncomfortable, awkward thing. 🤣
Why can't folks just work? What is wrong with just wanting to do your job? What's with all the forced interaction (especially when your job doesn't really require it.) Forced team building? I have always been someone who just wants to be left alone and do my job.
Work was never my life. It paid me $$ to live the life I wanted.

I think of all the times a "moment" like this is casually forced on people who it just doesn't work for, and I can't help but wince.
