@HappyAcademic This is a very succinct declaration of the bizarre double-standards of faith-based institutions in the public square.

Do they want gov't involvement, or not? (Funding comes with oversight -- it's non-negotiable.)

Do they want the charter of human rights to apply to them, or not?

The way I'm reading this, the government's decision doesn't hinge on content, it's about liability. That's the saddest indictment of this faith-based school I could possibly imagine.
