Spartz has either a partially undisclosed disagreement with Gaetz (other than her obvious different vote) or a clandestine plan directed toward him.

The take away from all of this is it could have been avoided entirely if doctors would just leave intersex kids alone if their anatomy isn’t causing any medical issues. It can be changed later if they decide to.
