Before I try a blasting cap has anyone found a workable treatment for tendonitis?
@b4cks4w use affected area less, rest, low dose prednisone for days, NSAIDs, heat and ice. Takes time.
@SandHillThicket those first two things, how's that work🤣 It's my dominant arm and I have things to do! I started ice today, will look for some anti-inflammatory. Thanks!

Compression (more for muscles)
Elevation
It's what the ER would tell you. There's no medicine to cure it.
