Since it’s drizzly out and I have to stay in to work this arvo anyway, I thought I might do a bit of therapy/comfort cooking because it feels like I need that.

Starting with the question, are those sliced jalapeños in the jar on the right?
Roasted Serranos. A few finely diced ones just before serving adds freshness and zing. Irish stew can be a little heavy sometimes 🤷🏼♂️

Being sure to leave the legs completely unarmoured so the constables could simply shoot there if they don’t like the stew, of course!
