I actually tried to watch Trumps MSG speech... I lasted about 20 minutes. He talks and talks and talks and barely says anything. There are a couple times that where he talks about a "little secret" he has with Speaker Johnson. Are we taking odds that it involves something unconstitutional and/or illegal?
@artildawn I'd make a guess that a) That 'little secret' is already being carefully investigated and that b) it isn't as secret as he thinks it is.
It's very likely that Rep. Johnson has already had 'conversations' with members of the law enforcement community.
@artildawn Not that he's flipped, so much as he's likely been made painfully aware of what will happen to him if he tries anything nefarious.
@stueytheround Well, I'll hope you're correct. I get the impression that these guys have gotten away with so much, for so long, they're convince nothing can happen to them.

You think Johnson has flipped? I'm doubtful of that being that we was a key driver for the legal shenanigans they tried in to push in 2020.
