Grilled rostas** in a hot & spicy marinade.
Served with my mashed potatoes Bรฉarnaise and salad.
** (I've forgot the English name and online translators is fucking with me, sorry) Rostas is a cut detail of beef, which is cut out of the roast beef , which sits on the back of the animal. Rostas is a tender and lean meat.
Rostbiff (roast beef)/rostas marked in red....
Think it's sirloin
