What is the difference between the gold and silver checkmarks?

@ChippySuave Silver is a MFA thing so far as I am aware, but gold marks you out as an OGnaut who has consistently been pro since it was rolled out.
There will be no new gold checks as I understand it. It's J's thanks for the support over the past 5 years.
