Just gone 8am here. I haven't slept yet and the agency wants to bring potential new tenants for a viewing so I can't go to bed 🙃

@sentientdessert Bit of both really. With potential new tenants viewing I wanted the flat to be as near perfect as possible. I finished the kitchen at 1.30 but I got a heck of a buzz out of doing it and was wide awake! 🤣

Fortunately, I have things to keep me busy most of the day and I usually lay off coffee post 4pm so with a little luck I'll sleep well tonight.

@stueytheround Laying off coffee is a good plan - I lay off liquid past 6 pm for a similar reason - I want to sleep at night not get up all the time for the toilet. lol
I'm ok thanks. Still in Essex, still avoiding phoning to book my 2nd jab (I really hate using the phone and talking to people - a reaction to spending a lot of my working life on conference calls I think lol) but the sale of my FILs house is going through. There is hope I can be at home more than here one day (finally).
