There are gluten free substitutes for all purpose flour. The question is, will anyone else in my house eat them?

@MountainMan Only one way to find out. The big trick is to make it as thin as you can. With a rolling pin I got it down to about 1/16th inch but paper thin if you can do it without it breaking would be even better.

I have just looked into the price of a hand cranked machine. Not hideously expensive. A good one is about £60.
