@sanau There is certainly an aspirational component to that part of the NeurodiVenture operating model, of acknowledging power differentials in a competency network while suspending belief in the relevance of social hierarchies.
@stimpunks TBH (and please know that this is not an attack on you - I enjoy reading about all you're doing) I'm wary of any group that claims to be non-hierarchical. In my experience there is always a pecking order, whether acknowledged or not. When the people at the top of that pecking order have a vested interest in denying it exists, gaslighting happens.
I've often wondered if it would be different in all-ND spaces, but I've been burned so many times that I prefer acknowledged hierarchies.
