We have the worst luck with upstairs neighbors. Ours are currently listening to very heavy bass right above our bedroom. At 10:40pm. They do this pretty regularly. Talking to them is not an option: they are entitled douches. Complaining to management isn't really an option: they can't do anything unless they can prove it's happening. Buying a house isn't an option: our dti is too high. It's just... frustrating beyond belief how inconsiderate some people can be.
