@spystuff Well, in real life there are thousands of Russians who have come to the US to own or work at trucking companies, getting familiar with locations of electric transformers, fuel farms, water towers, etc. Besides the havoc they're causing the trucking industry with undercutting rates, stealing freight, driving shabby trucks with deleted DEF systems. When confronted they fall back on fake broken English so the cops leave them alone.
