I go for my annual checkup in June. I think I will have to ask for a referral for some counseling or therapy. I've been struggling for a while, likely undiagnosed ADHD, my brother is raging, and this 🐪's back is now broken. My dad's helpless, and today is his 82nd birthday. 🤬 😭
