According to France24 News, the Russians are now saying the terrorists had ties to Ukrainian intelligence. I find that extremely hard to believe. Sounds to me like Putin is embarassed and trying to spin the attack and use it to save face and justify his stupid war. #Russia

@Horrrflmlvr Yes; but, Russia is now trying to say the terrorists have ties to Ukrainian Intelligence. Putin was warned more than once about the threat and blew it off as an intimidation tactic. I think he is now trying to spin the attack. He screwed up and needs to save face, as well as, justify escalation against Ukraine and/or NATO. Everything Russia says is a lie. #Russia
