Hey, CoSo fam, have any of you tried red light therapy for osteoarthritis, chronic pain and skin issues?
@smittycanada1 I caved to the skincare tiktok red light therapy stuff and tried solawave. It works. I’ve shared with my family who might benefit from higher more legit redlight stuff (pain reduction).
@smittycanada1 the skincare stuff is subtle, reduce fine lines etc, so may be vulnerable to perception. But I also have buncha skin cancer and pre cancer stuff, THAT is way easier to call.
@smittycanada1 nothing really works for osteo. What kind of skin issues are you having? If you’re noticing red rashes during osteo flares, get a lupus panel to rule that out.
