So my brilliant CoSo family, I saw this stunning plant/tree? on my walk today. Does anyone know what it is? Is it hibiscus?

@Jezibaba @smittycanada1 Alas, these are not hardy below 30 degrees. So I could only grow them in patio pots and take them in the winter.
@smittycanada1 @Jezibaba It will be interesting to find out what they say. I would love to have one, but I am not a fan of lugging a big planter into the house for the winter.
