My real Dad, who happens to be my Father-in-law, isn’t doing great. I’m grappling with it, diabetes is taking its toll, affecting his body and memory. He’s not wanting to eat. And he’s stubborn and doesn’t want anyone coming into his home to help him. I’m sad and angry, yet grateful for every single conversation no matter how heart-breaking.
