@NorthernInvader My poached eggs always turn into "ghost" eggs. I finally gave up and got an egg cooker. I'm a cheater, I know. I have no shame. 🤷♀️
@smittycanada1 the real trick is vinegar, depth of water, at a mild simmer, ease the eggs in like in the video.
