If we are counting on those elected Republicans who still show some allegiance to the US Constitution via concern about their individual place in history, we are on a fool's errand.
US History, while always written by the Winners, will now be written by Charlatans, and the story will reflect allegiance to an individual, not the Constitution.

@slapout Validation of a long held suspicion. If you get a speeding ticket and have a little money, you can hire a lawyer and many times get it lowered to a tail light violation. Apparently that application of money toward laws goes all the way to the top of the spectrum if you have power and wealth.
☕ I'm making progress this morning.
This may be my status for the foreseeable future, and because of this, I have decided to stop and reflect for a bit.
I don't expect to lose the anger anytime soon, so I choose to plan how I will channel it.
