Currently in an ongoing support email back 'n forth since this morning trying to help a user who is not even PRO, who has forgotten their password to use the 'forgot password' link on the login page. I'm 9 emails into this... and they're still unable to figure it out.

@th3j35t3r They're not looking in their spam folder for the email.
@MrGoat We're way past that. They managed to successfully change their password 4 emails ago. Now it 'won't let them login with the new password' - so basically they're typo'ing or the browser is auto-filling the old creds. But trying to get them to understand this is almost impossible.
Just a thought, but maybe a bad keyboard.
