@redenigma I'm not disputing that. I just report what I see.

(In SOME cases, the kid lives with relatives while they save up for a down payment. I think this is far less common than it once was though.)

@estherschindler @redenigma I think we've forgotten that the nuclear family was really only around from about the late 40s to, well, now. I see this as a return to the past of line families. Then, as now, economics was the driver.
