While that's a good start, it's not enough for Linux leaders to welcome the school's open-source developers back to Linux.

There's literally no reason he ever SHOULD get back in. I mean, when you've proven yourself to be a dangerous child TWICE, and then topped it off with being abusive, there's no real reason to expect you're coming back from that.
That's a guy who should be considering a different line of endeavor. He's famous now, and not in a GOOD way.
