Russia’s mass missile attack on Nov. 15, the largest of the full-scale war so far, depleted their reserves of high-precision weapon systems, the U.S.-based Institute for the Study of the War (ISW) reported in an update on the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

It is a very interesting perspective, and I generally agree with large parts of it.

Putting on my skeptic's hat for a moment, two things stand out for me:

1) Could Moscow perceive it as setting stage for negotiations "from a position of strength"?

2) What do Russia's abilities to build more high tech munitions look like right now? (e.g. supply to date used, how long to rearm?)

@shadowpages @CarmenShea Yes, and the next day there were still a lot of missiles launched at Ukraine. And the fact that Russia was praising US recently while attacking Poland and therefore NATO's poor defenses in its rhetoric is interesting to me as well, just noting it to see what plays out next.
