(I ask because I’m struck how deep the bench is for Democrats and how shallow the gene pool is for the GQP.)
Given their complete capitulation to the most extreme MAGAts in their party, it would have to be someone equally evil and corrupt as TFG. NC candidate for governor Mark Robinson comes to mind.
