@sfleetucker It's a great, very solid ruling, and it's unsurprisingly similar to the preliminary injunction. It'll be appealed, of course, and I bet the court will stay the permanent injunction to hurt more trans people -- I mean to "give all deliberate review" -- but unless the appeals court just decides to go totally off the deep end, this should be airtight.
