@rpardee I’m afraid one of the answers is a Republic. The only democratic part is the House as the President and Senate disproportionately represent the territories regardless of population.
@rpardee It might be interesting if the Senate represented economic output and the house and president population. The two would tend to align but high output agricultural states would get better representation than states like Nevada, Utah, and Montana.
