The minute the first state secedes and their Senators are ejected from the chamber, the Republicans become a full minority. (50 to 48) After the second one, it only takes 48 votes to end the filibuster, and Sinema and Manchin become irrelevant.

Then the rest of the Republican states want to secede, the blue states lose access to petroleum and a lot of military bases, and Russia retakes Alaska.
