Which one do you think is more interesting or think the edit is the most creative? I know this is totally subjective and I like both but I'm curious to get thoughts from others.
That, and I'm bored so I thought I'd post these for the hell of it.

@see_the_sus

I prefer the darker one. Bonus, you can read your watermark much easier.

@ExecutiveFunction404

Thanks! I think you’re the first person I’ve known to not comment negatively on my copyright being there. 😄

@see_the_sus

You have every right to mark your work & someone who doesn't understand that expects your hard work to be done for free. The very least you deserve is recognition via a watermark 🩷

I like the focus of the darker one as well. And BTW, I like the watermark too, 😉

@j0n

Grazie!

What’s interesting, at least to me, is I had a hunch the darker/vignetted edit would be the preferred version. I’ve noticed over the past decade or so, that people tend to gravitate toward photos that have a soft and antique-like quality. Or that are sepia or selenium toned.

Definitely depends on the tonal quality and subject… both are lovely but the darker one just pops❣️

@j0n @see_the_sus

I completely agree with you there about the theme for which it's being used. I was going to say something similar, but felt like I should choose one, so I chose my overall fave.

You, me. Same page 🤝

@see_the_sus Oh that's pretty! I like both but to me they convey different moods. The first one is more like nostalgia where the focus is all on the flowers and leaves are secondary. The second is more cheerful and bright and the leaves are more part of the photo. I could see the first one being used as a label background or on a book cover about something that happened historically or a memoir type thing.

@nonayadambidnes

BINGO! 😆 I was wondering if anyone would mention the nostalgic quality of the left edit. Thanks!

@see_the_sus You're welcome! It's a nice photo either way, but I do like the left one best.
