What is this four-day-weekend I hear about on CoSo? Is it happening in another country other than the US? Where, and what is the holiday?

@misslovelymess I didn't know that was an official holiday still... that makes sense, for a 3-day weekend... I guess some lucky folks also got today off too?
@CJLavoie @misslovelymess Does anybody actually get President's Day off? I'm self-employed, so if any of my customers is working, I usually end up working also.
