I found out today from my Social Security disability caseworker that neither my spine orthopedic nor hip orthopedic will co-sign my application.🤬 Guess they don't believe that the continuous stabs of pain & difficulty focusing because of the pain is enough.

Hopefully, all the medical records that she has gathered in addition to my substantial mental health history and cooperation from all the psychs and therapists I've had will be enough to qualify me.

@see_the_sus do you have a disability lawyer? I am not familiar with a SS caseworker. Do they work for Social Security or a independent company?

No lawyer needed. I qualified, (thanks to being poor), for a state program, SOAR, that provides a caseworker from a local nonprofit to assist in the filing of the application. They take no money.
