The new property management company of my apartment emailed me yesterday asking if I'd be renewing my lease which expires Oct 1. I replied back today saying I needed to know if my rent+fees was staying the same. 👇 👇 👇 🤩 Last month he reviewed the various fees with me and said, "I think I can lower this one by $15, effective immediately." 😵 😍

My mouth is still hanging open and my head shaking in disbelief. The last time I had a landlord not raise my rent was when I was married and we lived in Louisville, 25 odd years ago.
