aaahh, temp is in Celsius. That translates to 20-25F which definitely can be chilly when not used to such temps.
I used to live in the state of Indiana which during the winter often has temps of 10F(-12C) and lower in the mornings.
In January 2014, we had a nasty blizzard come thru for three days where we didn't get above -20F (-28).
