#gatherhere need to vent a little today.my mothers twin brother is insisting that we go over his house xmas day. We are just getting over covid. He lives about 30 min away and its going to be very cold. We don't drive anymore so uber is our friend. What is ticking me off is the face my mother told him a few days ago that we didn't feel good and he is insisting that we go over. I don't know if I can go the whole day without telling him off

@see_the_sus its all about him. Always. I try to remember how he grew up and then I look at my mom, and how different she is. He wants the friction and I try to remember not to give in. Its so hard not to fight #gatherehere

@see_the_sus true. He honestly can't make us go. Its the b.s he goes on about. I didn't didn't invite him to my apartment (which I have been out of now for 3 yes) he still complains about that
