This was the unarmed man shot five times by police as he was on his hands and knees in a hotel hallway.
The triggerman, Officer Philip "Mitch" Brailsford, was tried for murder, but as is typical, the jury found him innocent. The courts then gave him qualified immunity which prevents him from being sued by the family.
