Well, that was an experience. Had a grocery delivery from Walmart where half my items were totally missing. But I got someone else's eggs. 2 minutes chatting with customer service got me a refund and a promo code to use when I reorder the missing items so it waives the "under $35 fee." The customer service agent actually told me I was the nicest person he's dealt with today. Poor guy. Hang in there.
@FernLovebond Couldn't agree more. I work at a veterinary hospital at the front desk. The amount of times people have yelled at me for things that I cannot control is insane. People are truly the worst sometimes.

It sometimes amazes me how seem so surprised when you just treat them as humans who make mistakes, and that those mistakes are not cause to scream and have a tantrum. Human decency seems in short supply some times.
