@sarcasmsign I've been saying that since I was 6. Both parents, all their friends, and most of the rest of my family were smokers. And I'm frequently pestered on the street by people looking to bum a cigarette or a light. It's as if they were raised and hung around nothing but smokers, so they can't conceive of non-smokers. When someone passes by me while smoking, the smell often lingers long after they're gone, several blocks down the street. Disgusting (and expensive) habit! 😝👎

@sarcasmsign You know they're an addictive, mind-altering drug that helps you not want to strangle your boss, coworkers, people on Facebook, and which helps you tolerate an unseemly and depressing existence, right?

If people smoked them because they liked the smell, that would be one thing. But there's a couple other reasons.
