Client calls to get appointment for dog with a growth on its face. Dog is not in any distress or anything. We offer the ONLY opening we have later today and that's not good enough and she wants to be seen sooner. Ma'am! We have actual urgent cases before yours. She does this every time and it's not cool. Don't be this person.
