It's really frustrating when pet owners bully their way into us squeezing their pet in because it's not doing well (and we haven't seen them in 8 years) and then they don't show up or call us. Don't be that person, please. If something changed, let us know. If you're not coming, someone else could have that spot.

New developments. The gentleman was parked in our back employee parking lot the entire time and didn't call us to tell us like he was instructed. So we didn't know. Now this is turning into a whole extra thing. *sigh*
