@Luber905 So I took the plunge and ordered myself something sort of like a neti pot. It's a bottle with a valve in the bottom so when you invert it and put it in your nose, you can press a button to open the valve and ta-da!! Water up the nose. It was most unpleasant, but I'll keep doing it in hopes it helps. 😂 It came with a bunch of saline packets, so I'll have supplies for a while.
Sweet!
The first few times are the worst, it won’t be long before you quite enjoy the feeling/relief!
Also you don’t need to buy special saline packets. Any non-iodized salt is fine, like pickling salt or sea salt. Play with the dose little by little to get the comfort and/or results you want. Distilled water is also recommended since even purified drinking water can harbour some amoeba that are OK in your gut but not up your nose… good luck and enjoy!

Those are the symptoms I have with my chronic sinus infection. Using the neti pot keeps my sinuses at bay, especially the headaches which are the worst. If you’re concerned about it ask your doctor, and it may not work for you of course but it’s dirt cheap, can’t do any harm if you use the appropriate saline solution and don’t overdo it. And yeah, I initially thought it was gross and dumb. Looking back, I wish I’d started it way sooner. Let me know if you take the plunge!
