Well.. loan applied for an approved. Just waiting for it to show up in my account. Appointment to fix the dryer set up for Monday. Meeting with the roofer next Friday. Ugh. So much adulting and I'm so exhausted.
@Luber905 I wish. My house needs so much work, but the money just isn't there. It's my mom's house and she's still paying off the 2nd mortgage my dad took out years ago. He passed in January. It's been an adventure.

In 3 years we’ve done a new roof, all new windows, all new doors, a multi-split heat pump installation and complete paint throughout the house.
Kinda done with contractors running around here, but we still have to do flooring throughout… sigh…
