Just called to confirm someone's appointment with their 2 dog and instead listened to them express their displeasure with their last visit and basically tell me how much we suck. What is wrong with people? Some of her complaints were just her being an entitled snob. So you had to wait a bit? So what! Her other major complaint was that she asked for 1 Heartgard and 1 Nexgard and we gave her.. gasp.. 1 HG and 1 NG. The audacity. When someone says 1, we give them 1. Not a box of 6. She couldn't fathom that some people buy them individually. #VeterinaryMedicine #VetMed #BeKind
