I just heard a proposal that Sotomayor should resign while Biden and Schumer are still in charge and she should be replaced by Harris. Can I love this idea enough?

@lifeinthePNW ehhh... I suspect there are better candidates for SCOTUS than Harris.

But I would definitely endorse the idea of Sotomayor retiring if she could really be replaced in time...
